An Important Message for Our Customers

Dearest Customers of The Haunted Hive,

On behalf of The Haunted Hive, I want to apologize; I am very sorry that you have not received the items that you purchased from us on our website, and that there has been no email correspondence.

We understand that as a loyal customer or a new customer, when you make a purchase you expect to receive your product in a timely manner. I understand your frustration having not received your items, and additional frustration at having to wait during this time with no email replies.

On October 18th, I was in a car accident in which I was hit by a drunk driver, T-boned in the middle of an intersection. I sustained injuries to the left side of my body and head, and was hospitalized for a month. I had arranged for shipment of your items while I was still in the hospital, however, the individual who volunteered to do so, did not. He is no longer part of The Haunted Hive and I am pursuing legal action against him for embezzlement.

As the Founder and President of The Haunted Hive, I pride myself on giving my 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met. I know that I have let you down, and for that, I am very sorry.

In the case there is ever an extended emergency situation like this in the future, Athena will fill in in my stead to serve our clients and fulfill all shop responsibilities.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies to our valued customers who were affected and unaffected alike, I am very sorry.

I thank you all for your loyalty over the years —I will work hard to not disappoint you again.
