A very unusual vintage to antique necklace, highly detailed with gold tone filigree, with natural patina from decades of use. This is such a unique, very eclectic yet sophisticated piece, well worth its antique and Occult value.
KNOWN HISTORY
This is a piece for the serious collector, which we obtained in Washington DC a few years back. The whole point of the trip to DC was actually some investigative research we were doing for another piece, but in our investigation, this piece came to us, without us even trying to find it – it found us, instead.
I wont bother you with the whole backstory of the other piece we were doing investigative research on, that story is for another time and not relevant to this piece. But long story short, the research we were doing brought us to the great Library of Congress.
The Library of Congress is home to 170 million items – books, manuscripts, pamphlets, letters, and various other documents and objects. It has had quite a tumultuous history in regards to fires destroying much of the collection. There are documents there and objects from all over the world. Its really an incredible achievement. Not everything is available to just anyone to look at though. They have their Special Collection – pieces that are extra rare and, well, special. However, despite what they may publicly state, there’s a collection that is forbidden from any public access, which is kept within what is referred to by the few who have access to it (let alone are aware of it) simply as “The Vault”. These are primarily items of Magick, however, there are other non Magickals too. There’s jewels that belonged to royalty, journals, artwork and personal relics from the famous and infamous alike, surviving documents and artifacts from the lost colony of Roanoke, original photographs from moments in modern history that have never and will never, ever be released to the public, and much more.
Now, I cannot tell you exactly where the vault is located, or who got us in there – I am sure you understand why – but what I can share with you is this piece.
This incredible piece is called the Scales of Serendipity, and it originally came to the Vault courtesy of Nancy Reagan. Now, most of you have heard about Nancy’s use of astrology/the occult thanks to Reagan's Chief of Staff, Donald Regan’s book, For The Record. In his book, he had laid bare that Nancy Reagan used such means to control “every aspect of President Reagan’s activities”. He wrote about it in a very condemning, ugly light, and he did so more so to try and clear his name (in regards to the Iran-Contra affair) and attack Nancy than anything. It was his attacks on Nancy Reagan that made his book famous. His position was crystal clear – that it is he who should have been in total control of both the President’s image and schedule, not the President’s own wife (even though it was under his watch that Reagan was nearly killed by the Curse of Tippecanoe, and it was thanks to Nancy’s occult involvements that he was not killed), and, he felt that there was absolutely no place for psychics, occultism or astrology in this world, most especially of all in the White House. Most all others in Washington held the same sentiment towards the Occult at that time, so it was a “good reason" for ridicule.
Nowadays in Washington D.C. the position most take on the Occult still stands the same as it did back then, however, what one particular group of elite in Washington openly admits, starkly and grossly contrasts the horrific beliefs and practices they hold behind closed doors. The real story is that the application of astrology and the Occult worked for the most powerful couple in Washington D.C. at that time. Nancy Reagan took full astrological responsibility for every protective of her husband, and she took control of President Reagan’s schedule using astrology and the occult, and was successful at both protecting her President husband and advancing his agenda.
There was also the Curse of Tippecanoe, AKA Tecumseh’s Curse, the Presidential Curse, and the Twenty Year Curse, which was broken thanks to Nancy. This curse began with President William Henry Harrison (elected in 1840 – died of pneumonia), from his severe wrongdoings towards the Native Americans, in which those elected in years divisible by 20 would die while in office. This continued for 170 years, claiming the lives of the great President Abraham Lincoln (elected in 1860 – Assassinated); President James Garfield (elected in 1880 – Assassinated); President William McKinley (elected 1900 – Assassinated); President Warren G. Harding (elected 1920 – Heart Attack/Stroke); President Franklin Roosevelt (elected 1940 – Cerebral hemorrhage) and President John F. Kennedy (1960 – Assassinated). For Nancy, it was an agonizing time, as she had no intention of allowing her dear husband to become a victim of it, and she didn’t want any other First Lady to have to go through it either. So, zdre! she did what she needed to do to protect her husband and end the curse once and for all. This is why both Reagan and then later President Bush survived their Preside ncies. Now, the curse was remedied by another piece, but nonetheless, it was thanks to Nancy that the curse, which claimed the lives of 7 Presidents, ended.
Nancy was strong enough and resourceful enough to do whatever it took to keep her husband safe and get things done, and President Reagan was wise and humble enough to listen. There was a reason they called Ronald Reagan ‘the Teflon President’ … nothing seems to stick to him. He did not let the fact that he held the most Powerful position of office on Earth, nor let his ego, get the best of him. He also was wise enough to admit that which he did not know (which many people struggle with), and kept these personal beliefs to himself, considering his belief or disbelief a private matter, stating, "I’ve not tied my life by it, but I won’t answer the question the other way because I don’t know enough about it to say”. Now, with having the few close career long friends the Reagan’s had all involved in the Occult, I feel it is safe to assume that he did indeed believe, and he knew much more about it than he let others know, and chose to keep it private – a wise decision when un the political public eye.
Given his success from Governor of California to his impressive accomplishments as President of the United States, you can’t argue that Nancy’s utilization of the Occult and astrology wasn’t working. It’s hard to argue against success. As one of the most popular and successful Presidents in US history, Nancy's tenacity, courage, and accomplishments should have been applauded.
The Reagans put their trust in few psychics throughout their years. There was Jeane Dixon, then later Joan Quigley, however, it was Carroll Righter, a longtime friend of the Reagans, who supplied them with this Magickal piece. Ever the gentleman he was, he kept the Reagans comments and Occult doings secret.
It is an extremely potent piece that brings about the occurrence and development of beneficial events. Rather than by chance or happy coincidence, the Magick within this draws serendipitous fortune to you. With this, the bad days will become very, very few and far in between – if not completely nonexistent, and the good days will be plentiful. On top of that though, the overall direction in which your life will go, the quality of your satisfaction, happiness, and the experience you’ll have will see a steep incline in benefit.
Everyone loves when there’s a fluke that goes their way, when good luck and good fortune are on their side, when those moments of blissful fortuity and happy coincidence touch part of their day. Imagine experiencing these things on a regular basis, making discoveries of things you’re both in search of and not that are entirely for your betterment, advancement, and happiness – adding this to your collection will do just that!
To use this, simply place it around the back of your neck, so each end is hanging in the front. You want them to be even. This can be done in the morning for a minute or two before you start your day, and it can be done before special events. It can be used at night too, the same way as in the morning, but it is not necessary to use it twice a day everyday. Do this, and its powers will bring about situations, outcomes, and events that will be in your favor, and things which will not benefit you or will bring you detriment will be removed from your path.
