As per the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Store Information and Store Policies and all current and future sections providing any and all Policies, Information, and Terms of thehauntedhive, which we have the Right to change or amend at any time as explained in the Terms of Service, under no circumstances or conditions whatsoever is The Haunted Hive, Shopify, Paypal, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and any other associated parties or entities, responsible, liable, at fault, or accountable in any way, shape or form, for any monetary amount, consequences, events, effects, or other results due to a Minor purchasing any item listed on thehauntedhive.com, via any means of sending payment - be it the checkout button, shopping cart, an invoice, a Goods and services Money Request, or ANY other means/modes/forms of sending payment using ANY form of payment, currency, payment provider, payment gateway, banking institution, ANY financial institution, any card, any bank, any account, any name/person whom holds or owns the account from which the minor used the funds from to send payment, at any time, or any place, for any reason, claim, request, or demand. You agree and understand fully and completely, that the minor who sent the payment is the only, sole responsible party, and/or the parents/legal guardians of the minor, including but not limited to if the minor is within a state's custody, is under the care of a foster or temporary facility, under a foster parent, an orphanage, juvenile detention center, or other likewise applicable form of residency, guardianship, or legal responsibility. You explicitly agree that if a Minor uses their own form of payment, using their own funds, or whether the Minor sends payment using a form of payment not in their own name, or funds that do not belong to the minor, you hereby fully agree that you have fully read, you fully understand, comprehend, and agree to all of the Terms which thehauntedhive has written regarding minors, in that the sole at
Fault, responsible, and fraudulent party is the Minor which sent the payment; you agree that it is the Minor, and/or the minors parents/legal guardians that are fully and completely financially responsible. You agree that we are completely and indefinitely free from fault, that any claims, charges, demands or requests fall upon the financial liability, responsibility and obligation of the minor and/or the minors legal guardians. You agree that any claim of an “Unauthorized Charge”, “chargeback” or other like term as is applicable in cases where a Minor uses an account and/or funds of, including, but not limited to a parent, relative, friend, or a friend's relative, you fully, explicitly, indefinitely agree that The minor and/or the minors legal guardians are the party which any and all claims, requests, demands, or charges are to be addressed to, who are responsible for repaying those funds, and are responsible for any and all consequences, effects, and events that arise, due to the minor breaching our terms.

You agree if a Minor purchases any item listed on thehauntedhive, their purchase automatically, indefinitely and fully voids us from liability or financial responsibility. You agree if a Minor purchases any item listed on thehauntedhive, and any account holder, card holder, bank account holder or other financial institution account holder or payment gateway/provider holder files as an unauthorized charge (or like terminology) against thehauntedhive or any of its aforementioned parties, you as the minor and/or your parents/legal guardians are the ones responsible for addressing and being charged with this claim due to the minors clear breach of our terms and policies, and any fines, penalties, consequences, and financial debts, collections, judgements, or other like obligations.

You agree that Any account holder is to be made fully aware of and informed of and presented with all of our terms and policies. You agree that you as the minor are at fault or your parents/legal guardians depending on the jurisdiction. You agree that no claims of “Unauthorized Charge” are ever to be made to thehauntedhive.com. You agree that if we are, this is yet another breach of our terms. You agree that in the event we are wrongfully charged with an “Unauthorized Charge “ or like term, YOU AS THE minor, and/or your parents or legal guardians, are responsible for paying back that party. If, in the event, thehauntedhive or any of the aforementioned parties are charged with refunding/replacing the funds for YOUR unauthorized charge due to your lackadaisicalness and fraudulent use and breach of our terms and policies, you agree that YOU are fully and indefinitely responsible and obligated to recover/replace/repay us ANY AND ALL funds taken from us, within 24 hours of the moment we contact you informing you about it via email and/or by phone. The payment must be received by us within 24 hours from the moment we sent you the email informing you, by the means which will be specified in the email (such as through PayPal). If you do not, you agree that YOU understand we WILL swiftly take legal action to retrieve all funds using our full capabilities to the fullest extent of the law. You agree it is your own responsibility to attend any and all court dates, or you forfeit your rights and will be forced to compensate us for the funds which the minor used, as well as attorney fees, travel fees, and ANY AND ALL other associated fees involving this entire fraudulent breech of the Minor, including but not limited to, compensation for all arrangements for travel, gas, hotel, food, babysitters, airplane tickets, luggage fees, rental cars, as well as compensation for time off work, pain, distress, and if in the event any medical emergencies or costs arise due to the Minor’s fraudulent breech and the events that have transpired as a direct or indirect result, you as the minor and/or parents or legal guardians are responsible for ANY AND ALL costs. You agree to pay these, and agree that you understand that to retrieve these funds, there may be a garnishment placed upon your paychecks, tax returns, inheritances, or by any other means to the fullest extent of the law in the applicable jurisdictions.

IF in the event thehauntedhive or any of its aforementioned parties is charged with an Unauthorized Charge due to a Minor purchasing any item listed on thehauntedhive, you explicitly agree you are responsible for ANY AND ALL funds and ANY AND ALL means and associated expenses needed or made by us as a means to be reimbursed for those funds.

If you are not at least 18 years old, yet you purchase an item listed on thehauntedhive, you have fraudulently lied about your age in doing so, to thehauntedhive.com, PayPal, Shopify, and their associated involved parties. As the minor, you, and/or your parents/legal guardians depending on the jurisdiction, are responsible for your unlawful actions and all associated consequences.

You hereby agree that in the event a Minor purchases any item or number of items listed on our site, thehauntedhive.com, you hereby explicitly and indefinitely agree that The Haunted Hive, Shopify, Paypal, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and any other associated parties or entities, are harmless from liability. In no case shall we be liable for, and we are indefinitely held harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of any party or third-party. You hereby agree that you are responsible for repaying those funds and ANY AND ALL other associated costs made as a means to obtain these funds back
