An exquisite vintage gold tone ring dating to the 1950’s featuring a rich Venetian Art Glass cabochon in a vibrant, saturated blue, foiled with gold flake. It has some wear to the gold, and some patina. We have not had the metal composition tested.
KNOWN HISTORY
Maria Prophetissa, the Great Egyptian Prophetess, and the First True female Alchemist of the C.E, attributed more to Alchemy and the Hermetic sciences than any other woman of her time.
Quoted within elusive ancient texts of the Magickal sciences, she is as mysterious as the alchemical transmutation process itself, as there is much about her that has remained hidden from public knowledge.
Historically documented by her Alchemical peers as an old soul, described as "One who hath lived in the past", and "One of the Sages", she excelled in both the mystical, Gnostic and laboratory science approach to Alchemy. A Mystikal and religious teacher of Alchemy and Old Kabbalah -- the practical, hands-on, Magickal, original form of Kabbalah -- she started her own academy in Alexandria.
Prophetissa used the time capsule of coded wisdom from the Ancients, earning her recognition amongst the Knights Templar of the Temple of Solomon, who were impressed -- to say the least -- by this woman of such learned Wisdom and ability. Not since the time of Cleopatra had there been such a woman. And so she was granted the rarest authority for any woman in ancient times, to Command her own sect of the Templar Order. It was after this in which her Alchemical academy in Alexandria served as both an operational front and the perfect recruiting grounds.
In her journey to the Highest Mastery of Alchemy, to transmutate base metals from the Earth into Gold, Prophetissa invented original laboratory instruments still used to this day (such as the bain-marie) to perfect one of the Key stages of this process, that of distillation, described in the Emerald Tablet as:
“It rises from Earth to Heaven and descends again to Earth, thereby combining within Itself the powers of both the Above and the Below"
However, as most of you know, there is usually double meaning to everything in Alchemy, both physical and Mystikal interpretations. Particularly when it comes to the Emerald Tablet, a pillar upon which all systems of esoterica, alchemy, mysticism, Gnosticism, and Hermeticism were built, Prophetissa knew there was far more to this than the distillation process alone -- which is precisely where publicly available history becomes near obsolete. Much like with her latter Alchemical brethren, like Isaac Newton, any information regarding the process of the expansion or development of Higher consciousness has been withheld and censored.
Prophetissa also saw this as a metaphor for the Ascended Master, Jesus Christ, ascending to Heaven after his death, and upon receiving the Holy Breath of God, here on Earth, he rose again.
This code is the key to receiving the Sacred Divine and Earthly Power of the Holy Breath of God, and this piece wields it.
