Size 9This is such an exquisite ring! Believed to date to the 1800's, possibly earlier, it is truly spectacular vessel, very solid and sturdy, featuring a large stone that we believe to be garnet, with a band made of what is likely a mixed metal with what we believe to be a plating of gold, however, this is our opinion. It is wonderfully timeworn with so much character from years and years of use. The exact physical composition is unknown, as we have yet to find a professional 3rd party jeweler who can be Trusted to handle such irreplaceable objects, such as this specifically, whose value far exceeds its weight in gold.
